New Horizon Foundation Annual Report (1998-1999)

PURPOSE

The New Horizon Foundation was incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in Illinois in December 1985. The Foundation is interested in developing and funding direct and indirect programs in which it can encourage interest and foster education in the arts and sciences. The Foundation also funds projects concerned with issues in human rights, social welfare, and global security.

The foundation does not invite unsolicited proposals for funding.
